Terms.

Placeholder — not yet legally reviewed. Do not publish this page as-is.

Placeholder, deliberately not draft terms. Terms are a contract; inventing them creates obligations nobody agreed to.

Points this page has to settle, several of which are still open in the brief:

  • A request is not a booking. A physician assesses whether the scan is appropriate, and may decline it. What happens on a decline, and whether anything is charged (it is not).
  • What the €150 covers, when it becomes payable, and how the deposit relates to the remainder.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling, and the window in which that is free.
  • Validity of the personal booking link, and what happens when it expires.
  • That the scan is a preventive measurement, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a physician.
  • Age limit, and the contra-indications that rule out a scan.
  • Liability, applicable law, and the complaints procedure.

Open in the brief and required before this page can be finalised: the confirmed location, the promised response time, and the status of the radiology permit — that last one also determines which claims the rest of the site may make.
